PAID SOCIAL & PERFORMANCE ADS SPECIALIST

About You:
- Plan, launch, and manage paid social campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms
- Translate campaign objectives into clear targeting, budget allocation, and bidding strategies
- Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and continuously optimize campaigns
- Collaborate with copywriters and designers to brief, test, and iterate ad creatives
- Set up and manage A/B tests for audiences, creatives, and messaging
- Ensure proper tracking and measurement (pixels, conversion events, UTM structures)
- Analyze results and provide clear, actionable performance reports and insights
- Align paid campaigns with broader marketing strategies and funnel stages
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients on performance, learnings, and next steps
